  • Now cut your nails to the desired length and file your nails in one particular direction.
  • It is now the turn for you to massage your cuticles by applying olive oil or any other oil that is available for the cuticle. Push the cuticles back with the help of a cuticle pusher and begin massaging the area.
  • Now use a skin lotion for massaging the skin on the hands and this is another essential factor for skin care. You can also make use of an exfoliating lotion if your skin is found to be rough.
  • You can now apply the base coat and after drying, you can apply the nail polish of the color of your choice.

You can use a mixture sea salt, oats and a teaspoon of baking soda and water and rub it gently on the skin and rinse it off. This can give the skin a smoother texture. This can also be used for the skin on the face but is better avoided if there is dry skin on face.

            To lighten the color of the skin on the hands, you can make a mixture of gram flour with milk and leave it on for thirty minutes before washing off. Applying the fuller’s earth can also help in brightening your skin.
